Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free Standard Shipping — Orders over $50 | 5–7 business days
- Standard Shipping — $4.99 | 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — $12.99 | 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping — $24.99 | 1 business day (order by 12PM CST)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LYNZ Beauty is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier or reach out to us at hello@lynzbeauty.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@lynzbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days
- Pack the item(s) securely and drop off at any carrier location
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original or gently used condition
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@lynzbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge immediately.
